Meditation Meet-Ups

Meditation Meet-Up is a public event to provide coaching for the mediation practice of Catch and Release, the practice of letting go and allowing meditation to flow naturally upon us rather than in a forced manner. The Catch and Release practice is an effective way to begin a meditation practice, easing us gently into the practice of acceptance and grace toward our efforts and progress. The practice of this and all meditation will provide you with more clarity and allow you the capacity to naturally adjust to life at the moment and slow down in every way.

Each meet-up session is $10 for a single ticket. Sessions last for about 30 minutes, with time for questions and sharing afterward.
