About the event
Join Bare Roots Energy Sunday Afternoon on April 27th at 2 pm for a journey into stillness and the inner ethers of serenity as we deepen self-love and relax the nervous system in preparation for a great week ahead.
We will replenish our energy stores, strengthen our patience and outlook, and slow our internal clocks and dialogue down to listen to the body and allow it to find its baseline. From this state, we can begin to reclaim an inner serenity as we walk through each day moving forward. Take advantage of coaching discussion at the end, and personal readings.
