How It Works The duration for each Personalized Meditation Order is between 1-2 hours total. The process begins with a consultation during our first meeting so I can begin to understand your specific goals and the challenges you wish to address. Based on this conversation, a personalized meditation is developed to align with your needs. This includes daily affirmations and visualizations that can be incorporated into your meditation practice for deeper impact. Within 3-5 days following our initial consultation, your guided meditation will be delivered to you during a live session. The transcript will be emailed to you following your treatment. A recording of your guided meditation session will also be emailed to you and uploaded to the Meditation Classroom at barerootsenergy.com for your ongoing and private access.
