Being attuned to Reiki I enables one to use the power and energy of Reiki to self-heal. The Reiki I attunement comes as an educational course that teaches you about the history of Reiki and how Reiki works. The course takes place online or in person, and meets for a few hours over a 2 day period. Scheduling is flexible! You can join a class online, participate in person, or complete the course on your own with personal zoom meetings between you, and me, your instructor. How It Works The duration for each Personalized Meditation Order is between 1-2 hours total. The process begins with a consultation during our first meeting so I can begin to understand your specific goals and the challenges you wish to address. Based on this conversation, a personalized meditation is developed to align with your needs. This includes daily affirmations and visualizations that can be incorporated into your meditation practice for deeper impact. Within 3-5 days following our initial consultation, your guided meditation will be delivered to you during a live session. The transcript will be emailed to you following your treatment. A recording of your guided meditation session will also be emailed to you and uploaded to the Meditation Classroom at barerootsenergy.com for your ongoing and private access.
