Root Readings are a gentle way to rebalance the body by activating the original light codes housed within the body's center points. Root Healings can pinpoint which specific parts of the body require rebalancing and provide a direct energetic remedy, balancing the ailment and healing the body from its impact in the process. The use of light codes in the body to specifically target ailments is a long-dated practice using qualitative data, structure, and application to facilitate healing in person or remotely. Light codes inform our many etheric and physical layers of their original state of homeostasis to aid in the recovery of normal wear and tear, injury, or long-standing illness. The light codes used in Root Readings are also a gentle way to find the body's imbalances before they show up on the physical plane. Root Readings use your body's frequency measure to identify specific needed light codes, visual representations of frequencies that communicate directly with your body for healing. Once the four most significant light codes are identified for your particular health goal, they are provided to you in a report with instructions for use as part of your ongoing self-care. Light codes can be used in a number of creative ways and incorporated into your personal routines for optimal benefit. Personal light-code products are sold separately.  Upon booking, confirmation will be provided within 1-2 business days. Initial consultations take about 20 minutes to discuss how the treatment plan will be carried out for you. The reading portion of the treatment takes between 20-30 minutes, and the report of your Root Reading is then completed and sent to you within the following 2-4 business days. Total appointment time runs between 60 and 90 minutes, with a total of 2-10 days for shipping and handling.   *Online appointments require a personal witness- a physical representation of an individual- to be taken and sent in before the healing begins.
